How easy is it to return an online purchase from Eley Corporation? Extremely easy! In fact, we're so confident you'll be delighted with our product that we're giving you a full month to make sure. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund. Our no-hassle return policy means your request will be handled in-person, by a live customer-service professional, with no worries about hidden charges, restocking fees or delays in processing your return. For an exchange, you do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
Criteria for Returns
All returned items must meet the following criteria or be subject to a partial refund.
Items must have been purchased directly from Eley Corporation. Purchases from other retailers need to be returned to them.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must show a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number on the exterior of the package.
Items must be returned freight prepaid to the Eley Corporation's Return Center. (address below)
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
Items that meet the criteria outlined above will receive a full refund of purchase price (less shipping and handling, if applicable).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be subject to a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's price.
If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for that item.
Rapid Reel does not refund initial shipping (if applicable) or handling charges.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.

When Refunds Are Processed
Upon receipt of the returned purchase, Rapid Reel will inspect the merchandise.
If it meets the return condition criteria, Eley Corporation will issue a credit or a refund for the purchase price paid.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.
How to Return an Item
Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number . This number must be obtained by contacting Eley Corporation customer service within the return policy period at 1-866-523-2363 (toll free) or 402-474-2224 if outside the U.S. and Canada.
Package the product for return shipping. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Do not include items from other orders - or other shipments from the same order - in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label. Make sure the RGA number is displayed on the exterior of the package.
Ship the product to our Return Center. Select the carrier of your choice and ship the product(s) at your expense.
