As an engineer, and having looked at other metal hose reels on the market, I can truly say this is a top quality and a great designed product. You won't find the features in other hose reels like are in the Rapid Reel. Sure, it costs more than the plastic reels, but then you won't be replacing it every 3-4 years either.

Well, here it is - the absolute best value for the money. Forget the very attractive reels at Costco and Sams. The cheap metal frames rust out, and the inferior rotating seals leak after a couple of years. Tried very hard to make them serviceable long term - total waste of time and energy. Just buy these. Real simple.
