Every now and then a purchase turns out to be one of the best things ever. This is one of those things. I have been struggling with hoses for decades. No more!! I can't say enough about how fabulous this reel is. It's perfect, works perfectly, how many products can one say that about? After purchasing it I noticed that my local garden center has them all over their property. I give this hose reel an A+++

Your products are just outstanding. This is our 4th rapid reel (two wall mount-one perpendicular, one horizontal; wheeled cart and free-standing). The packaging, assembly instructions, quality of the materials are all outstanding. We wouldn't buy another brand hose reel! We've even been responsible for some sales through referrals.
